CertifAI Academy (the "Service") is operated by Business Automation Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy from us, you are contracting with Business Automation Solutions, LLC.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

2. The Service

We provide online AI courses, lessons, progress tracking and certificates of completion. Some courses are free; others require a Pro subscription or a one-time course purchase.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose;
• fraud, spam or impersonation;
• infringing intellectual property, including copying, reselling or redistributing course content;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or circumventing access limits;
• reverse engineering any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Business Automation Solutions, LLC retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, course content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content you have access to for personal learning.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Course content is educational and is not professional advice.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Business Automation Solutions, LLC is registered.
